Can I get a refund for unused Tokens?

4. Bookings & Consultations

How do I book a consultation?

Purchase Tokens, select a consultant, choose an available time slot and confirm the booking.

What if I cancel at least two hours before the consultation?

You will receive a full refund of the Tokens used for the booking, excluding administration fees.

What if I cancel less than two hours but more than one hour before the consultation?

A deduction of 50% of the Tokens used for the booking may apply.

What if I cancel less than one hour before the consultation?

100% of the booking Tokens may be forfeited.

What if the consultant does not attend?

The client will receive a full refund of booking Tokens and the consultant may face disciplinary action.

5. Discounts & Promotions

Do new clients receive a discount?

Eligible first-time clients may qualify for a 20% discount on consultation fees.

Does the discount apply to administration fees?

No. The discount applies only to consultation fees.

Yes. Open Air Hubs reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue promotions.

6. Client Referral Programme

Who can refer clients?

Clients who have completed at least one consultation session.

What reward do I receive?

Successful referrals earn forty-six point six-nine (46.69) Tokens.

What is the value of the reward?

At the current Token value of R10.71, 25 Tokens are equivalent to R500.00 in platform value.

Can I refer multiple clients?

Yes, provided all referrals comply with platform rules.

7. Consultant Referral Programme

Who qualifies?

Consultants who have completed at least one consultation session.

What reward is offered?

A successful consultant referral earns forty-six point six-nine (46.69) Tokens.

At the current Token value, the reward is equivalent to R500.00.

Once approved, the reward is converted to cash value and paid with the consultant's monthly commission payment.

8. Consultant Onboarding

How do I become a consultant?

Complete registration, submit required documentation and pass verification.

Consultants earn 75% of consultation revenue from completed sessions.

When are consultants paid?

Payments are processed on the 25th of every month.

Is there a fee?

A R5.00 processing fee is deducted from monthly payments.

Consultants are responsible for their own SARS obligations.

10. Performance Management & Discipline

What happens if I miss a consultation?

Missed consultations may trigger a disciplinary process.

Can I receive warnings?

Yes. Verbal, written and final written warnings may be issued.
