Choose your service and consultant, purchase tokens (if needed), and schedule a session at a time that works for you. The process is quick and easy.

5. Can I trust the consultants on OpenAirHubs?
Yes. All consultants on our platform are thoroughly vetted to ensure they meet our quality standards and are qualified to provide their services.

6. What happens if a session is missed?

  • If you miss a session, you will still be charged.
  • If the consultant does not attend, you will receive a full refund.
  • If both you and the consultant fail to attend, the session will go into arbitration, and the outcome will be resolved by our support team.

7. How do I join OpenAirHubs as a consultant?
Click the “Join as a Consultant” button on our homepage, complete the sign-up process, and provide the necessary documentation to verify your qualifications.

Session Recordings

Can I access recordings of my sessions?
Yes! Both clients and consultants can access recordings from completed sessions. Navigate to "My Recordings" in your dashboard sidebar to view all available recordings.
Is there a cost to watch recordings?
Streaming/playback is completely free. You can watch your session recordings as many times as you like at no cost. Tokens are only charged if you choose to download the recording file to your device.
How much does it cost to download a recording?
Download pricing is set by the platform and is displayed on each recording. The token cost is shown before you confirm a download. If you don't have enough tokens, you'll be prompted to top up your wallet first.
How long are recordings available?
Recordings are available for a limited period (shown on each recording card). After this period, they are automatically removed. We recommend downloading important recordings before they expire.
Can I get a refund for a recording download?
Token deductions for recording downloads are non-refundable once the download has started. Please ensure you want to download before confirming.
